How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 7-14 days for your custom cowboy hat creation. once your order has been sent to the post office for shipping, delivery times may vary and are out of our control. priority shipping with tracking is available during checkout!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Absolutely! we have shipped products across canada, throughout the usa and even to europe.

What is your return policy? 

Because our hats are custom made to order, all sales are final.

How do US duties and tariffs affect me? 

As of August 29 2025, the ‘De Minimis’ exemption is no longer active and applicable duties/tariffs will now apply to all orders shipping to the United States as per the US Government. Any duties/taxes on US-bound orders are determined by US Customs and will be the responsibility of the purchaser upon receipt. Wild One Collective is in no way responsible for the collection or calculation of these US-based costs. Thank you for your understanding.
